CHALLENGE:
Leadership Niagara is local program in Niagara that aims to provides learning experiences that inspire leadership and contribute to a vibrant, prosperous, community-minded region. In creating their new strategic plan, support to better understand like-minded competitors in close proximity is needed. The information from the environmental scan is to aid LN in diversifying revenue streams and offering learning options that are flexible and approachable.
SOLUTION:
An analysis of leadership training competitors was complete, and observed based on programs in Niagara, outside Niagara and online. Key takeaways from each competitor as well as a group were drawn. These Key Takeaways were framed for Leadership Niagara to use to their advantage.
