It was a big day for the Niagara College community and the agri-food industry when the Marotta Family Innovation Complex at the Niagara-on-the-Lake campus officially opened on September 3. R&I’s Canadian Food & Wine Institute (CFWI) Innovation Centre has expanded three beverage research areas into the new four-story complex and students and staff had the opportunity to showcase some of the innovative projects.
