The Environmental Commissioner of Ontario recently posted a blog (http://www.eco.on.ca/blog/) regarding tracking GHG emissions. In the blog, the commissioner mentions that he met with NC researchers, and he learned about their work, referencing a peer-reviewed article co-authored by Kurt Fromann and Evan di Valentino, regarding incentives for Ontario’s businesses to conserve energy. The research team also included Katie Altoft.
