The sixth workshop under the umbrella of the Industry Innovation Centre at Niagara (IIC@N) will take place at the Welland campus on Fri., April 25, and is titled “Quality Management: Finding Systems That Work.”Through discussion and group exercises, participants will gain a better understanding of quality and how they can personally affect and improve quality, regardless of the job they currently hold. This workshop can act as an introduction to the implementation of a quality management system (such as ISO 9001), or highlight the simplicity of a quality management system for those who are feeling frustrated by the current state of their system.
