In mid-November, Research and Innovation held its first Niagara Innovation Ecosystem Showcase, bringing together industry partners, community organizations, ecosystem agencies and funders from across the region, to share insights into collaborations and synergies amongst the attendees.
Besides networking and discussing a new online tool to access all our services, those in attendance were also given the opportunity to tour all five NC Innovation Centres, providing a behind-the-scenes look at the talent, technology, and applied research capabilities driving impact for local businesses.
Throughout the event, we heard from an amazing lineup of speakers who shared insights on collaboration, regional growth, and the power of partnerships. A big thank-you to our ecosystem partner speakers; Innovate Niagara, Brock LINC, National Research Council Canada / Conseil national de recherches Canada, Ontario Centre of Innovation, City of St. Catharines and our shared industry partners; Niagara-on-the-Lake Chamber of Commerce and Axe Living.
