Reporting to the Manager, Finance Operations and Compliance, the successful candidate will provide clerical, administrative and compliance support to the to the Research and Innovation Division and its Innovation Centres.

This position will assist to facilitate activities in the R&I division related to the development and oversight of essential practices and processes related to research security and research data management. Key duties include, but are not limited to:

• Data entry for divisional budgets
• Tracking and executing invoicing for the division
• Supporting training activities for R&I staff on institutional and funding compliance regulations
• Overseeing daily research data management strategy as per funder compliance requirements
• Enhancing communication channels to ensure Research Data Management specific communications are reaching the appropriate individuals
• Assisting with the development of Data Management Plan (DMP) tools and guidelines
• Managing divisional inventory management

This is a temporary replacement position and is set to commence in October 2026 and conclude in April 2027. It may be subject to an extension by mutual agreement of the parties.
