As the Beverage Production Technologist with FBIC, Anthony brings his extensive experience in beverage processing and equipment operations to the team, working on process optimization, troubleshooting, health and safety, and quality assurance within the Beverage Pilot Plant and Process Optimization labs.

Anthony has four years as a Process Operative at International Breweries, two years in process operations, and three years as a Machine Specialist. Skilled in maintenance planning and control, ensuring optimal equipment performance and efficiency in production environments, he has worked within large-scale brewing and manufacturing operations. Anthony’s current position builds on his recent experience as a Research Assistant for 2 years, as well as a Research Associate for 1 year, both with FBIC.

Prior to joining the FBIC team, Anthony worked for 11 years at International Breweries Plc (AB-InBev) in Nigeria, where he developed exceptional experience in utilities operations, process optimization, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and other food safety protocols.

Anthony holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka and earned his Brew Master and Brewery Management Diploma from Niagara College. He has his HACCP certification; he holds various Health and Safety certifications through the AOSH Warding Body United Kingdom; he is Smart Serve Ontario certified; and he is a practitioner of world-class manufacturing best practices.
