Ashley is a hospitality-focused social media manager and content coach in the Greater Toronto Area. She started her own agency, Small Creative Co, in March 2024 and has been in the photography world for almost a decade. Her mission is to use connection and authenticity in the social media space to help small businesses thrive. Ashley has taken on the role of a media research lead, bringing her expertise to photography and content curation to our BCIC partners.

She has an honours degree in Integrated Studies from Brock University and a post-graduate certificate in Social Media Management from Niagara College.
