During his time with the Research and Innovation (R&I) division, Lyndon has been responsible for the overall direction, operations and strategic leadership of various innovation centres. He is a professional Economic Developer, and prior to joining R&I, supported multiple municipalities, regions, and various provincial ministries and agencies as a practitioner in the field and as a strategic planning and management consultant. Over a diverse career beginning in the hospitality industry and leading to his current role, he has earned his Culinary Red Seal, holds a combined degree in Political Sciences and Labour Studies from Brock University, and a certificate in Economic Development from the University of Waterloo.

Lyndon is also on the Board of Directors of Tech-Access Canada: a national non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the pan-Canadian network of 60+ Technology Access Centres (TACs. He has led and secured numerous government grants for innovation enablement and orchestrated various industry-academic partnerships aimed at successfully commercializing new products and bringing them to market.
