VectorVault by Juggernault is a stock photo website that specializes in vector art. Visitors could search the database of vector art by exploring different categories and using their search engine, but the search engine provided limited results and was in need of improvement.
Solution
To better serve customers, Juggernaut sought the services of Niagara College’s Research & Innovation division in order to optimize the search engine. Not only will the engine return more relevant results from their internal database, the engine will also search affiliate websites – such as iStock Photo – for vector art. The cross-site search engine for vector art is a new concept that the industry has yet to tap into.
