Niagara College’s Food & Beverage Innovation Centre (FBIC) is proud to officially launch our latest video that highlights the capabilities of the Innovation Centre and the partnership and success story with Ravine Vineyard Estate Winery (Ravine). Ravine has also completed several projects with our Business & Commercialization Innovation Centre.

Ravine is home to an organic vineyard, a winery, a restaurant, a cidery and a retail grocery store, where they sell out of their popular line of Lowrey Bros. Gourmet Food Products.

In collaborating with Niagara College, and its award-winning Research & Innovation division and specifically the Food & Beverage Innovation Centre, our researchers have helped them develop innovative food products, using seconds in canning that are safe, sustainable, scalable, profitable, and of course, delicious.

In this video, we hear from John Vetere, Executive Chef, Ravine Vineyard; Soumil Bhagwat, Research Assistant and Stephanie Skotidas, Research Technologist with FBIC.
