Customer Service Audits
As a new Hawaiian Restaurant in Downtown Fonthill, Mokus was looking to improve on its customer service practices and tap into the opinions and reviews of customers. As a busy restaurant with a small staff, Mokus was looking to have a full customer service audit completed both from an internal service perspective as well as online.
Students from the Office Administration Program created an extensive customer service audit, which included a scan and audit of all online activities pertaining to the restaurant (social media, website, online reviews), as well as the service and cleanliness inside the restaurant. The students were able to present their audit to Mokus, who directly implemented the suggestions and findings.
