Research & Innovation in the News

The researchers and facilities of our division have made headlines in several specialty publications since the start of the new year.

The latest examples include an update on the building announcement for the Advanced Manufacturing Innovation Centre, in the national magazine called Plant.

The faculty researchers are often called upon to offer information based on their expertise in the field.

In a recent example, Dr. Amy Proulx, a researcher and industry liaison with the Canadian Food & Wine Institute Innovation Centre, contributed her expertise to a discussion on fortified food in the March issue of Zoomer magazine. Zoomer is a national magazine about living well, aimed at Canada’s aging population.
