In a recent example, Dr. Amy Proulx, a researcher and industry liaison with the Canadian Food & Wine Institute Innovation Centre, contributed her expertise to a discussion on fortified food in the March issue of Zoomer magazine. Zoomer is a national magazine about living well, aimed at Canada’s aging population.
