Human Resources Plan
Chocolate Concepts worked on a marketing project with the Research & Innovation business team but through several different needs assessments, it was determined that a full Human Resources plan would be ideal, since the company hadn’t yet implemented any type of specific policies and procedures.
The Human Resources class was divided into several teams to work on different components of an HR plan specific plan to the company’s needs. Areas addressed in the fully tailored plan included employee satisfaction, health and safety, hiring and termination. This project created spin-off opportunities for students to continue developing Human Resource policies and procedures for the business.
