Advanced Manufacturing Scientist
Reporting to the Research Program Manager, WAMIC, the successful candidate will work to support the Division in responding to the requests of small- and medium-sized businesses. The incumbent will act as Lead Researcher on one, or several, applied research projects in collaboration with Research & Innovation, industry and community partners and research team members. The incumbent’s primary responsibility is leading the research team(s) to ensure project deliverables and milestones are met within established timelines. The incumbent will also be responsible for assisting Research & Innovation in identifying project opportunities, solidifying external partnerships, outlining project deliverables, as well as implementing and disseminating research results.
